​We need to have objective to draw near to God.

Through this objective develop a personal development plan:

1. Have a daily task to seek and please Him.

Doing it daily created a hobbit.

2. Seek to know your blind spot.

Ask friends, colleagues which include your boss, neighbors, relatives, family and those you consider hard to deal with. Most of all have a humble heart to ask God to reveal it to you.

3. Be with small group.

Ask also them your blind spot.

And ask for one on one from your discipleship leader every month or quarterly if possible.

4. Have monthly review of your Personal Development Plan and objectives. To see which already reached, in progress and not yet.

5. Annually have a review and analysis.
This may sound same as career.

Let’s never forget being a Christian is a career.
