Help comes from the LORD. To cry is okay but don’t let it stay. Particularly if the object for crying is the pain you keep grabbing.
In everything pray first, made it priority not last resort. As I look on my days, I praise God, MS is a gift. Gift moving me more closer to Him. Yes, many subsided but miracle never staunch. What only staunch is bleeding of crying.
